Why is it so hard to find Gay guys into Metal?
Im Talking Dimmu Borigir, Lamb of God, Eluvitie, Messugah, anything that has someone screaming like a banshee proclaiming a message of hatred. I freaking love this music and out here in LA all i seem to run into are guys that go GAGA for Lady GAGA. Are there any other gay guys who blair disturbed on 11 when their pissed? Or am i the only only gay guy who would jump into a mosh pit at a Chimaira concert. I feel like the last of my breed.
I’m a bi guy into metal. Mostly death, doom and black metal but I listen to alot of other stuff too.

Hum, from my experiance, (as limited as that is) gay men tend to be more emo than angry. Lucky for me, there are plenty of millitant lesbian types that love metal.

I’m not into metal but I love my rock. I find that even for that there’s no one I even know of who will crank up the Rolling Stones or a bit of AC/DC… One guy on chat refused to speak to me because of that… shallow twerp that he was… Oh well… Oh, by the way, Lady Gaga does nothing for me…

People who break stereotypes TOO much are often a minority.
It’s harder to find black guys into metal also. Among women, it’s rarer, also, but you see more just because you see more women in general than gay guys, statistically.

Yes, because the ‘talent’ of Lady Gaga and Britney Spears is superior to the artists who can play an instrument and have spent years crafting their skills. And whom often have lyrics that are ten times more meaningful than most top 40 dancepop.

That’s really weird, cuz alot of gay guys in my school like Metal and Rock (including me) while the straight guys like Lady GaGa and Beyonce, etc. Its weird.
